To the local office worker who will not be back.
It was some time ago you had such bad service you felt the need to post your comments,i took over in october and would like to apologies for the service you received or rather the quality.
it may be the case that you have visted us again if that is the case i do hope you had a better experience this time round, but if not i would urge you to come back and experience the changes i have made!
for those who visit us and those thinking of visiting.
The majority of feedback from my customers has been positive and i hope to continue this.
I value feedback be it good or bad! I cannot unfortunatly please everyone but i will certainly try to the best of my ability but if people dont tell me then i wont know!
So please do give me your feedback good or bad!!!
