"Rude, arrogant and unhelpful"
A review of The Aquatic Centre by Anonymous - Wednesday 2nd of April 2008
On phoning the shop to see whether they had what I was after I was extremely pleased with the help and advice which I was given. I was told that they get 2 deliveries a week and that the stock I was after would be in the following Wednesday. 3 weeks, 2 visits countless phone calls and promises of "they'll be in later in the week" I gave up and went elsewhere. It seems that my initial contact was a fluke as everyone I spoke to after that was rude, unhelpful with little/no knowledge about stock and deliveries.
