"Absolutely Horrendous Food"

A review of The Curry House by David Carruthers - Sunday 22nd of June 2008

I recently moved to Corstorphine and tried out the Curry House at Featherhall Avenue, the curry i got tasted of nothing but vinegar and like no other curry i have eaten before and i have tried a fair few over the 8 years i have been in Edinburgh.

A few months later (tonight to be exact) i decided to try them again and ordered a Chicken Tikka Masallam, the chicken was dyed pink (which i was not too concerned about but it is not normally this colour from my past experience), the sauce was pink which again i was not to bothered about but red is always better than artificial pink and when i tried it i could not believe that it also tasted of nothing but vinegar so i threw it in the bin, that and the other curry i bought from them before are the two worst that i have ever eaten in Edinburgh, how i wish the Prince Balti in Portobello was in Corstorphine or Ignite, anyway this is my experience with The Curry House and i will not be going back ever.

If you are reading this then save yourself the time and do not go unless you like your curries tasting of Vinegar and nothing else.

They should be ashamed of selling that rubbish.

Anyway i am now about to order from another place since their tat is in the bin and i am still hungry.
