A review of First Choice Holiday Hypermarket by Smith - Wednesday 6th of August 2008
We booked a cruise with first choice kinniard park. we wanted to be married on board and we were given the e mail address of a company that arranged this based in america. this would have been were any other agent left you to your own devices. not warren he could see we were struggling and worried, he stepped in when we needed info typed, he has sent e.mails for us and called the company. we will definately book through first choice again and see warren. we holiday alot and have never come across such great service and aftercare, we can not thank him enough he has taken alot of pressure of us when he really didnt need to. wish more service was like this.
