"I lost 5 stone within just over 4 months"

At Edinburgh National Sliming Centre I lost (above) amount. I have kept this weight off for 1 year and six months. I have not taken any tablets during this time as my stomach shrank. I was a size 22 and went down to an 8-10. I lost nearly 11 lbs within the first 2 weeks which gave me the incentive to carry on.
I feel all my numbers have come up and I have won the lottery Before I started this, my Doctor told me I would be on painkillers for back pain for the rest of my life. Since losing the weight, I haven't taken any as most of my back pain has gone. Over 30 people have visited the clinic who know me, as I am I suppose, a walking advert. I feel elated and it is impossible to describe to people the self confidence etc I now have. People who do not know me think I have always been petite. I carry a photo around in my bag and when shown they think it is another person.
Thank you so much for completly changing my life. I just want other people to feel the same way I do.
