"Room for a lot of improvement"

My latest visit to the Merlin was again a disappointment. I always hope that it will improve but it just doesnt. There isnt enough staff and the wait for food is unacceptable. We were told when asking for baked potatoes, that there was only one left!!! The coffee machine was on the blink AGAIN.
The toilets were revolting with toilet paper all over the place and wet floors.
This place could be great - its in a perfect situation in the middle of Morningside but it needs to clean up its act.
PS. This is no reflection on the staff, who are always pleasant, considering the pressure they are under.
