I have been getting art at bills for a few years now and he is by far the best tattooist i have gone to, He is straight talking and will tell you if he thinks your choice of tattoo wont work well or look good but at the same time he will work something out that will look even more amazing. Experiance over flashy shops any day! Very recomended!.
