"Fantastic!!!"

I recently spent a couple of days at the Spire under the care of Mr K Stewart and I cannot praise the staff enough for their level of care. The hospital itself is spotless, as you would expect from the private sector. I underwent extensive nose reconstruction and was in surgery for some 4 hours, but I can not honestly say that I was never in too much discomfort thanks to the prompt and dilligent care of not only the nusing staff but the theatre and recovery staff. I feel that after 5 operations on the NHS, I am qualified to draw a comparison and frankly Spire Murrayfield is a first class hospital staffed by efficent and caring professioanls, who go out of their way to make an anxious time so much more relaxing that I fear it would have been on the NHS. Incidently, my new nose is superb and I now wish I had met the excellant Mr Stewart years ago. When I first started making enquiries earlier this year, I also looked at the hospital group in Glasgow, something I came to regret. After my initial telephone conversation I was bombarded with calls up to an average of 3 a day, pressing me to pay a deposit of £500...this without ever haven spoken to a consultant!!!With Spire, I met my surgeon, discussed in depth my options and had my numerous questions answered....before cost was even mentioned. I cannot reccomend this hospital, and in particular, Mr K Stewart, enough. My nose, and my life, have been transformed..
