"Very expensive shipping experience"

This company shipped two rather light items back to the US for me. After I paid their standard shipping fee and customs fees (which I assumed were included with their standard fee ..... NOT), it cost me about 100 US dollars per kilo to ship my stuff back to the US. The same items sent through the UK post office would have cost approximately 10 US dollars per kilo and would have gotten here a lot faster. .
