I think the previous reader is right, there is no website for the Netherlands consulate in Edinburgh. However you could have given them a call. See for address details of NL consulates in the UK: http://www.netherlands-embassy.org.uk/consular_affairs/netherlands I found it striking that when I was at the Edinburgh consulate to renew my passport that there were no Dutch speakers there at all. Somehow cannot imagine you would get a job at UK consulate in Holland if you indicated that you do not speak English at all. The lady who handled my application was very friendly though. |
