"Gluten free food"

16th August. On requesting Risotto, I was told C.R. had no gluten free rice, but that gluten free pasta could be provided. Since the waiter appeared not to know that all rice is naturally gluten free, I had no confidence that the suggested pasta would be edible for a coeliac like myself. It is just possible that he was trying to tell me that there was no gluten free risotto,and given my reaction to the risotto, it may have been a misunderstanding. Coeliac U.K. could advise on menu description. There is a much better understanding of the medical necessity in my situation, and it is time C.R. caught up with the better informed establishments..
