"Atrocious"

My family and I recently visited this restaurant for a meal. The food was great and reasonably priced, however the service was truly atrocious.
The waiter allocated to our table must rank as being the most sullen, dour, and generally unpleasant man we have ever encountered in any restaurant. Everything was a problem for this chap, then he had the cheek to ask why there was no tip left!!!!
We wrote a letter of complaint to owner Tony Crolla, however no reply was received.
Won't be going back ever. Restaurant motto: "The best in Edinburgh or your money back", don't think so!!
