Is it lawful to ask the Bank for giving some informations about some account and alleged claims by a person through a third person would like to know the reality and truthfulness of the informations provided by foreigner Or Can I verify the supplied informations by the foreigner from the bank?

If your answer to my above question is yes, then let me know where should I contact for?

Please not that I am also not in UK but a also a foreign national .
