"Draughty coffee"

I just wish M & S in Princes Street would be something about the doors where you enter the shop from the stairway down to the foodhall. There is a huge draught, when I am sitting having my morning coffee and wonderful cheese scone, caused by the inability of the doors to close behind people. I dont think that is a very customer-friendly thing to do to people. But not just customers, also the early morning staff who are in filling shelves etc. I constantly jump up to close the doors but people come through them and leave them wide open. The assistants at the coffee bar often say they are cold because of this. Can something not be done about it it has gone on for so long. .
