I had an appointment with Cut'lcle on Rose Street last week for a French polish.
The South African girl I had was very rude and kept running to answer the phone and see to other customers whilst trying to do my nails. The whole experience took 45 mins and she only painted my nails. Two days later I noticed the white ends were starting to crack. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to others.
It's in a great location and the shop does look nice and clean but the basic customer service and quality of products is just non existent.
