Excellent service from start to finish - I think about 5% more at tender stage, but stuck to budget and worked brilliantly with us. Nothing too much trouble, and honesty throughout. A brilliant building experience for our extension - have had nightmares before, and always been aprehensive, but would not hesitate to use Raitts again, and almost want to do something else soon (cash permitting)to make the most of this new found contact!.
