"Not a capital choice"

A review of Marks & Spencer by Annabel written on Saturday 27th of July 2013

I visited M&S, Princes Street, Edinburgh and was less than impressed.

First of all the ladies toilet was not very clean. I am NOT blaming the cleaner but I feel it would be benefit from an employee being in attendance.

The cafe is poor. The service at the counter is slow and slovenly. Questions are answered with the words "yeah, yeah" and to ask for another cup is like Oliver Twist asking for more. The tables were littered with dirty cups etc.

A poor advert for the capital.
