AT THE rbs main bank, the standard of counter service is very poor, there is only an average of 2 tellers on duty resulting in waits of 15 minutes and more.

When you arrive in the bank you are stopped by someone who does everything to get you to use a machine which are not suitable for most transactions.

Considering this is the RBS main bank, they have reduced the service to a very poor level when compared to other banks.

The bank staff themselves are openly fed up with the service level.
