"They can't cope with the current situation"

I was told on Saturday evening that my bag was with THS on Saturday evening. It then appeared on their system on Sunday. It has now disappeared from the system and I have called the Edinburgh number at least 30 times. It is either engaged or nobody answers. I know Heathrow has been chaos but this is not great service!.
