"Very disappointed"

Very, very disappointed, just a couple days ago my mum went to cut fringe for my daughters and paid 8 pounds. But the hair dresser just touched a hair with with scissors and left it, as my mum don't speak English I went back in a couple of days later and ask to cut a little bit shorter, very disappointed I had to pay again 8 pounds. So just to cut fringe for my 5 year old girls I had to pay 16 pounds. Would never go back, this is not about money, this is about people quality..
