I had the misfortune to be treated very badly by a .femail security, person,

yesterday afternoon approx 14.45 at the reception desk!! her response to my questions were met with ,,I DON,T know, 3 times!! very poor response from a government employee.

an otherwise delightful visit to Edinburgh was somewhat spoilt by one horrible person.
