A double bed and mattress were bought as a present for my daughter. It was delivered late at the end of March. Having paid in full several weeks beforehand, including a £50 for delivery and installation, this was frustrating. It was made even worse by the installers stupidly damaging the end panel of the bed by putting two screws right through it. A significant hole / splinters right in the middle, fully visible as you walk into the room. A replacement was "promised". One excuse and delay after another by the salesman, Sean Mannion, meant we finally got the replacement at the end of AUGUST. We had been promised "compensation" - and again one excuse and delay after another. The store management reply once, but again appear to be uninterested in customer service.
