"Lack of communication"

Acorn Services visited to provide me with a quote following water damage to my property. 
For some reason, that was the last I heard of them. They failed to provide the quote and to answer an email and 2 pursuant phone calls. Perhaps the job was too small, but I would have appreciated communication that they did not wish to quote. As it was, I had to start all over again, setting back restoration of damage by a further 2 weeks.
