"Never got bagpipes ordered in 1998"

I still have the receipt for the bagpipes that I ordered in 1998 from Joe Hagan. I called repeatedly from the US for the first few years and Joe made many promises when he actually answered the phone. I called for years after. This company is not to be trusted. All are welcome to contact me - I'm happy to repeat the story and email you the receipt. This was before email or the rating would have been posted sooner. It still ticks me off after all this time. It was a lot of money then and it is still a lot of money now that I basically threw away.
