"Lucky escape?"

Hey! We recently got a quote for our tenement roof overhaul from this company among a few others. Their quote was much lower than any of the others which were all fairly similar. This made us all a bit suspicious. We decided to go with someone else instead - looks like we may all have had a lucky escape!.
