"Unreliable"

Andres came around to quote for a job, seemed personable, knowledgeable, and reasonable, and indicated he would be happy to carry out the work. But then, after repeated chasing, we never heard from him again, even after them promising to call us back. In the end we contracted another joiner. So I can't say anything about his work, but at the very least communication is completely unreliable..
