A review of Metro Auto Centre by Teyla amagan written on Thursday 15th of June 2017
We have been going to this garage for years now as soon as the old owner retired things have clearly changed I don't feel we are getting the good service we used to get the customer has to do all the phoning to find out what is happening and also everytime we phoned up the owner contradicted himself constantly could not give us a straight answer you put your trust in these peoples hands all you want to know is what is the car needing done to it and how much is it going to cost and how long will it take before we get our car back but it just seems to be one lie after another also I done under 4000 miles in one year I have to say I was surprised the car needed so much done it this time around and the price was way higher than expected although we had the money I have to say I was taken aback . we have more than one car and when you put your car in for mot and point out there are lights on on the dash board you expect them to fixed on a premanant basis this is not the case you get the car back the light is and wait for it its not even been two days and the lights are back on im sure this garage gets the lights out just enough so they can pass the car for its mot also I don`t like how the owner ask`s if you pay by cash he will take something of thie price is becase it means you don`t have any come backs on this garage I for one would never pay cash . unsatisfactory service since the old man retired we will never return to this garage.
