"What a wonderful experience"

I had a fantastic spa day at Celeste last month and came across some negitive comments, which i felt compelled to put a few comments of my own. They taylor made my exprerience which was a complete pampering overhall and i was in the salon for over 5 hours and every minute was enjoyable. Each member of staff though extremley busy took time out to come and chat to me and find out a little bit about myself. I found myself completly at ease and noticed that the staff were acutally interested in making my day so special rather than just doing their job.

They have now gained a valid client.
