"Bar Napoli-Never Again"

Just visited Bar Napoli for 2nd time, first time was great and that is why we went back, but never again.
I had gone to the trouble of booking a table and wish I hadn't bothered. We were bustled downstairs to a table that wasn't even set properly. The waiter wasn't interested, main course arrived before the starter and when we pointed this out the waiter was very rude. Food was average and they should have given uip on the Christmas music it was after all 28th December
