I recently bought a pair of Padraig slippers from here. I'd been searching for them for a while. They are handmade in Canada and don't seem to be stocked in many places. Didn't even have any on Ebay!
I phoned the shop, the woman who answered was really lovely and very helpful. She posted me the slippers as soon as they received my cheque.

The customer service was so excellent I feel like sending them a card! Instead, I'm going back for more slippers :-)
