All linen and towels are provided, and all guests receive a welcome pack consisting of cereal, milk, tea and coffee. All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Due to central location, there can be noise.
Guests can expect comfortable apartments in a fabulous historic setting. Please note that our apartments are located in historical buildings, and that there is no lift. Due to the layout of the city, guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation. Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform us of this when booking.
Our concierge team is on hand to ensure you get the most out of your stay. We can book you onto tours of Scotland, organise car hire, as well as giving some local insight of where to go and what to do. Guests can take advantage of discounts at top local restaurants and can enjoy daily access to one of the cities finest gyms.

FAMILIES appreciate the true home away from home environment our apartments offer. The kids can play in the lounge while Mum and Dad rustle up a culinary delight in their fully -equipped kitchen. LARGE GROUPS find us to be fantastic value as our larger one bedroom apartments sleep min. four people. Groups of friends can take time to cook and eat together before enjoying a few drinks and heading out to party into the wee small hours.

Check out time is 10:00. Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. There is a fee for this service of 10 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1400 hrs.
We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility before and after check-out.
Please also note that we do not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the near by NCP car parks, which offer a security parking place during your stay with us.
