Edinburgh West End Bowling Club was instituted in 1864, and has a reputation of being a friendly and welcoming club.

Apart from league matches, we also have friendly matches with Falkirk Bowling Club, Stirling Bowling Club and St Vincents Bowling Club in Glasgow. We also have a long standing competition with our friends at Ardmillan Bowling Club.

In recent years, we have also entertained new friends from clubs in Northern Ireland, Wales and England.
