"Time to go online!"

What is it with embassies and consulates? They don't make it easy for customers, do they? The Netherlands consulate does not even appear to have a website! No mention of opening times anywhere, except - once you have managed to find them - on their door, where it says they only see you when you have made an appointment. Isn't it time to create a website, with nice online forms to fill in, and more generous opening times for customers? Even dentists have evening appointments!.
