"Small problems,"

A review of Acorn Services by Mr & Mrs Strand written on Friday 20th of March 2009

We had acorn appointed by our insurer,in fact they where forced on us by our insurance company,i thought at first we where in for the usual run around we got in the last claim we had 4 years ago, however after a few small problems we got their in the end after our insurer held additional works back, but thanks to the office staff at Acorn, who soon had the problem sorted out and the works then movedon to complete the work,this delayed the completion date,but the work was of a good standard and we did sort out some misunderstanding with the initial work that was proposed and what the insurer had allowed, no fault of Acorn Services for all the help during the insurance claim, and special thanks to the works Team .
