"Damn hard to get hold of.."

As far as I can work out, the office is unmanned from shortly after 9am. Spoke to someone on Friday, promised a call back, left several messages and nothing. Spoke to someone today (Monday) promised a call back and nothing again.

The guy who does the actual work is Peter Bald and he is really nice and very professional and reasonably priced. Getting hold of him appears to be another matter - it is worth persisting, but be aware you will go off your head with frustration before he turns up. Don't trust anything the receiptionist says; Peter himself is worth believing..
