"Book appointments in advance"

A review of Whinpark Medical Centre by Nicola Moran written on Monday 14th of June 2010

I request for Whinpark to consider allowing its residents to book appointments in advance as opposed to two days prior. This can be very difficult given work schedules and I call for an exploration of an out of hours service.

I assume that Whinpark has good reasoning for its appointment system however consider those residents who have 2 or 3 jobs, a life to run etc.
