I have written and will be performing my play called "An Evening with Dementia"  every day at 4.05 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel on the Royal Mile from August 6th until August 28th.

A care manager, Louise Reed, who happened to see a preview of the play asked me to perform it for the Dementia Training Programme for Council Care Managers run by Stroud District Council. I performed the play for them last month and the general consensus afterwards was how very helpful it was for them with their work. Louise Reed said that she would recommend it to other councils at her meetings with them. If you would like some confirmation about the suitability of the play please telephone her on 01453 754173.

A local doctor wrote:“This is a poignant, accurate and very funny cameo of what faces us all, whether we are player or observer. Trevor T. Smith says as much about the mind in old age as he does about how we perceive such conditions, and how we behave towards them. His piece makes us laugh, and while entertaining us, it gives us pause, and allows us to reflect.”
