I am the aunty of a young adult with additional learning needs, we had an appointment at the Royal Bank of Scotland (Princess Street Branch) to go over his account and to see if it is the best one for him. We were attended by Martin Binnie who is a credit to the bank, he fully understood Liam's disability and was very understanding, he treated Liam like a "Normal" person not a young man with Special Needs. Martin took the time to talk to Laim about holidays, football etc as well as fully explaining to him and myself about the type of account, what interest was and what the advantages of insurance is. We came away from the bank not only with a change of account but with the knowledge that the Royal Bank of Scotland is indeed a customer focused bank. Any employee who takes the time talk to people with Liams disability and in language which he understands is a credit to the Bank and in my opinion a young man who will and deserves to go far. Thank you Martin..
