Following call, engineer was with us by 6.30 a.m next morning. Problem could not be fixed (aging machine), however a replacement washing machine was with us next day, plumbed in, old machine removed, guarantee provided and all at a competitive price. Great service, great value (suspect the previous Reviewer had called the wrong no.). Highly recommend..
