"Money back"

I purchased a jacket on the 29/6/11 for a friend

Howevere somebody else had bought the sameone from

your store in Bury. She obveasely did not try it on

i had however took the tags of,but kept them.Took

the tags with me and was informed by a member of

staff that i coud not have a refund but i could

have a credit voucher. I think i should get my money back with having Reciept and tags.Why was i refused a refund as this has never been a problum at any other company. E Mial is Stephe.
