"The Best Tai Chi in Edinburgh"

For anyone wishing to find the BEST Tai Chi class in Edinburgh then you have found it here on Monday nights. The class is led by Bob who has studied Tai Chi for over thirty five years. The class consists of 8~15 people on a typical nights class. Bob Gilles, the teacher, is extremely good as both a teacher in form and in the personal elements of Tai Chi. The membership of the class is wide in age-range, experience, profession.

I can so highly recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a Tai Chi class(your 1st class is free!).I personally have benefitted from Bob's classes in so many incredible ways and can vouch for the classes personally. Please do come along and try a class for yourself !!!!!!!!!!!! .
