Sequel to your mail which we

received and noted today 14 -

06 - 2012,Mr. Stephen Hester

the Executive Director of

Foreign Remittance Department

has giving instruction to respond

to your mail accordingly.

Actually, we have earlier been

notified by the young lady your

partner Miss Tobina Kimoko, the

next of kin to late Dr. Elahji

Kimoko the original depositor of

the said money here in our

custody and it has been noted

official that you have been

appointed to be her trustee

regarding her deceased father's

deposit here in our custody

Herein we conform to you that

late Dr. Elahji Kimoko of Sudan

was our late customer before his

death and he made sum

substantial amount of money in

our custody. So therefore, we

hereby confirming to you that

before his sudden death he

made a bond deposit with our

bank the sum of $6,800.000

Million US Dollars and Miss

Tobina Kimoko is next of kin of

the deceased late Dr. Elahji

Kimoko.

Hence you have been appointed

to represent the next of Kin Miss

Tobina Kimoko to be her

trustee, we are grateful to

inform you that your request has

been official noted.

So therefore, before the Royal

Bank of Scotland Group plc

release's or transfer the said

funds to your bank account, you

must to present the followings:

(i) A power of attorney

permitting you to claim and

transfer the said funds to your

bank account on behalf your

partner Miss Tobina Kimoko.

Note: These documents must be

endorsed by a Senegalese

resident lawyer there in Dakar

Senegal.

(ii). A Copy of the death

certificate of the deceased late

Dr. Elahji Kimoko confirming his

death for record purpose.

(iii). A copy of last deposit slip

and the last statement of the

account issued to late Dr. Elahji

kimoko by the Royal Bank of

Scotland Group plc.

(iv) A copy of Affidavit of

support from Senegal high court.

(v) Make available your full

contact and bank information,

such as your complete names

and home address, telephone

and fax numbers, your bank

account numbers and a scan

copy of your International

Passport.

Therefore, with the above

mentioned required

documentation we hereby,

advice you to forward a copy of

this mail to your partner Miss

Tobina Kimoko to get you a

Senegalese resident lawyer that

will prepare the said mentioned

documents on your behalf.

Note: The above are

compulsory, and are needed is

to protect the interest of the

both parties and banking record

purpose and it will help to

ensure smooth and successful

transfer of the said funds to your

bank account. Immediately the

above mentioned legal

documents are presented we

shall immediate commence the

release of the said funds to your

bank account.
