"Terrible Service"

I would strongly suggest people don't order from this place. We ordered fish and chips and a burger and chips at 6.50pm and at 8pm I called them to ask where the food was and they told me it had left for delivery 10mins earlier. We had to leave at 8.20pm to get to a concert. By 8.15pm still no food and its a couple of minutes away from the place. At 8.20pm our taxi arrived and at the same time the food arrived. The delivery guy said he'd had a problem finding the flat. It's on a major Edinburgh road, not difficult to find. I told him we had to leave and told him to take the food away. I raised this as an issue with Just Eat and they have only managed to get to speak to a manager a week after the incident and she says the food was delivered at 8.05pm and they refuse to make a refund and have offered a can of coke. Outrageous! An hour and a half to deliver fish and chips and burger and chips. It would have been quicker for me to have walked to Tescos, bought a bag of oven chips, a burger and fish and walked back and cooked them and eaten them..
