"Disappointing, would have had a better ride on a donkey at the seaside!"

Booked a hack for experienced riding and was put in a trek with beginners on a pony that was far too small. Asked for a different pony and was smartly rejected. Booked for two hours, only got an hour and a half in total of walking slowl, no trotting or cantering as advertised. Would have had a better ride on a donkey at the seaside!.
