"Uncommunicative and cold"

Planet Flowers were very unapproachable and stiff during my dealings with them. They were unclear, rushed, and seemed to give the impression that smaller weddings were not a priority for them. Additionally, they were very pricey. Their work is beautiful, I would not recommend them for a bride looking for approachable florists. .
