"Awful and exploitative service."

Awful service. Stay away. They took £180 from my mum (OAP) before she even placed an order for quantity of carpet. They then overcharged by £250 when estimating the quantity of carpet. Steve McKenzie the store manager agreed to refund the monies and then refused. Will have to take legal action. Do not get involved with this company..
