"Shocking after service - best avoided"

WE bought a £1000 bed one year ago from here, which has since collapsed. They are claiming mis-use?!?!? Not exacty sure how one can mis-use a bed?

Their attitude is that WE can pay for an independent inspection to determine whether this is the case or not...take it or leave it!!! Wouldve been better buying something cheap from IKEA....totally pathetic. No wonder their shops are always empty!

Would give 0 stars if at all possible .
