The front of house staff are gruff and rude. It is difficult to find an appointment within two weeks (to see your own doctor) and their telephone attitude is off-putting and far from compassionate for a health service. The practice doesn't make anyone feel welcome ... such a shame when a person is unwell and not in the mood to be ignored and spoken to so off-handenly. .
