"They " lost" our original request letter three times!"

This company has caused us stress every single time we requested a partial withdrawal from our funds to our bank. After waiting almost 14 days each time, we have had to telephone to ask why there is a delay. On the three occasions we have written to them they said they did not receive our letter and then ( miraculously) found it after 14 days! They compensated us for the extreme stress and then sent the cheque to an old address!

Not a customer friendly experience for us trying to withdraw some of our own money!
