Don't know how they can say that they don`t answer the phones!

I know that getting through in the early morning can take a bit of time, but try and imagine how many people are on the line at the same time, and how many receptionists are available to answer calls?

I require to see a doctor frequently and have never failed to book

an appointment in many years and have the highest regard for

everyone at this surgery. I DONT BELIEVE YOU WHEN YOU SAY RECEPTIONISTS JUST SIT AND BLETHER AND DON`T PAY ATTENTION TO ANYONE I have never encountered this at any time.

No wonder this person signs themself as anonymous.
